Might I suggest adding 'tags' to your postings so that when you add new posts, Technorati.com and other blogsearch sites can categorize your stuff.
You can sign up for free at technorati.com
You're given a piece of code to put in your template so that their site can track your site, and code to put in your posts (tags), such as "needlepoint", "fabric art", "sampler", "cow", "weathervane"
