Plymouth Sampler is Framed and your opinions

Here it is! Plymouth Sampler is done. I am so happy with how it turned out. I just love it. I have it hanging over my chair in the living room and it fits the room perfectly.

Plymouth Sampler
The Sampler Company (Brenda Keyes)
28ct Cream Cashel linen
DMC - no color substitutes
Frame - Cat and Turtle Custom Framing
CT10 (Maple with Beveled edge) - STN06 (Cherrywood)

I need your opinions. I love The Littles series from Bent Creek. I have all of them (5) and have finished 3. The problem is, I have no idea what to do with them. I did them on 18ct I think so they are much larger than called for but they are still only 2" x 2". They are on separate pieces so I can't frame them together and framing seems a little silly considering how small they are. Does anyone have an idea on how I can finish these? I appreciate your thoughts.

Ann - Plymouth Sampler is fabulous! And I love your framing. You MAKE frames? We have to talk!

Thanks for my visiting my blog - I do not have a wish list right now, but I should make one so my DH will know what to get for me!

Plymouth Sampler looks great! As for the Littles, if you could bind them together you could arrange them in a collage like the photo frames you find in stores and have a matt in between them. I've seen this done with a few smaller pieces and it is a nice effect. I can send you a link to a photo of it if you like.

Your Plymouth Sampler is beautiful and you chose a perfect frame for it. Let me know what you decide to do with the Littles - I've been wondering the same thing myself.

Your Plymouth Sampler is just gorgeous!! You did a fantastic job on it!! As far as the littles go, you could either make fobs out of them, ornaments or perhaps buy a Just Nan Whimzi Frame, although that gets kind of expensive. I see that Sue suggested a mat which could be cut to fit all of them in one frame. Thank you for your nice comments in my blog!

Ann, your Plymouth is fabulous - did you frame it yourself? I so love this piece. As for your littles, what about quilting them together into something?

Ann, I refreshed the page, and lo and behold, the whole look of your blog has changed. How did you do that?

Plymouth Sampler is great. Seeing yours makes me want even more to do it for myself.

Plymouth Sampler is just wonderful. In the case of the Littles, I think I'd frame each one, and hang them in a column somwhere (I know a place in my dining room where they'd be perfect-LOL).

Yup, Buckaroo is 35 pounds, give or take. He may have lost a pound or so because we've introduced the concept of dieting to all our cats. He requires a jumbo cat carrier--that it takes two of us to carry. I'd put a harness or leash on him, but he's a fraidy cat and doesn't like to go out in public. His favorite thing to do on the weekend if we're sleeping late is to repeatedly jump on and off the bed to indicate it's time for breakfast--it shakes us out of a sound sleep.
